Credit Cards

So, it took me forty minutes on the phone, including four transfers between departments, until I could get to someone at Chase who was willing and able to say "Yes, those two charges you disputed, we seem to have debited you for them again instead of credited you. That shouldn't have happened, and I'll fix that now."

The guy who *did* say that took about thirty seconds to look at my file, come to that conclusion, and finish the exchange.

No wonder it took twenty minutes waiting on hold to *get* to him.
